Native apps are not publicly released. This page is a pre-release licence outline, not a statement that a paid or activated native licence exists.
Application and artwork
The Surfaces application and the wallpapers it displays are separate. Your right to use a wallpaper depends on the rights applicable to that artwork; an app download does not transfer artwork ownership.
Third-party components
The application uses third-party components, including Firebase services for optional authentication. Those components retain their respective licences and service terms.
Before native release
Supported operating systems, distribution terms, update policy and any final licence agreement will be supplied with verified installers. No device activation limit or paid licence has been announced.
